CSLG 7146. Counseling Adolescents. (3) Cross-listed as CSLG 8146. Prerequisites: Graduate Status and Permission from the instructor. This course focuses on counseling pre-adolescents and adolescents. Attention will be given to the cognitive and socio-emotional development of pre-adolescents and adolescents, current issues affecting this population, ethical considerations when counseling this age group and developmentally responsive counseling interventions.
