PSYC 8422. Advanced Practicum in the Teaching of Psychology. (1-3) Prerequisites: PSYC 8222 and permission of the department. The advanced training and supervision in the teaching of Psychology course will feature application of the principles of good teaching in Psychology to address problems encountered in the classroom and to suggest opportunities for greater effectiveness. Readings from professional journals, discussion, and practical application in the classroom, including instructor observation, will be used to meet course objectives. May be repeated for credit with department approval. (Fall, Spring)
