ENGL 5290. Advanced creative project. (3) Prerequisite: ENGL 5208 OR 5209 or permission of the instructor. The planning, writing, and polishing of a work of at least 20 pages of poetry or at least 40 pages of fiction or creative non-fiction with the guidance of a member of the Department’s creative writing faculty. The final work may be a single piece or a collection of pieces and will evolve under the supervision of the primary instructor. With permission of the department, students who took the course as undergraduates may repeat as graduate students. (On demand)
